These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and Unsurtoto (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the online sports betting and casino services available at unsurtoto.cam (the "Website") and any associated mobile applications or services.

• Single account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Not a resident of a prohibited jurisdiction: Registration is not permitted from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your jurisdiction permits participation.
• Not a registered problem gambler: Individuals who have voluntarily enrolled in self-exclusion programmes, whether on unsurtoto or via third-party gambling addiction services, must not attempt to register or access the Platform during any active exclusion period.

To register an Account on unsurtoto, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, unsurtoto requires all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three (3) months, displaying your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the e-wallet, bank account, or other payment method linked to your Account.

Unsurtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed will have withdrawal functionality suspended until the matter is resolved.

Unsurtoto supports the following Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are accepted for deposits; cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to separate terms communicated at the point of withdrawal.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction, subject to individual account tier limits.
• Withdrawal processing times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers typically complete within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes during banking hours.
• Withdrawal eligibility: A minimum of one completed deposit and successful KYC verification are required before any withdrawal may be requested.
• Payment method consistency: Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to platform discretion.
• Currency: All transactions on unsurtoto are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

All bets and wagers placed on unsurtoto are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant betting market or game. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall prevail for matters relating to that product.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted and valid once the Platform has issued a confirmed bet slip or transaction reference. Verbal or informal communications do not constitute acceptance.
• Cancelled events: In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion of the required play period, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the Platform's betting rules documentation.
• Manifest errors: Bets placed on the basis of odds or prices that were published due to a manifest error (system error, human error, data feed failure) may be voided at unsurtoto's sole discretion. All affected parties will be notified and stakes returned.
• Live/In-Play betting: In-play odds are updated in real time. Once accepted and confirmed, in-play bets cannot be cancelled by the User. Unsurtoto reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Mix Parlay: All selections in a Mix Parlay (accumulator) bet must be correct for the bet to pay out. If any individual selection within a Mix Parlay is void, standard accumulator reduction rules apply as detailed in the specific Mix Parlay rules.
• Casino games: The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical expectations and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Unsurtoto may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, and VIP tier benefits. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within thirty (30) days of being credited to the Account.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses on multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on unsurtoto. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance or winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Collusion: Collaborating with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of bets, casino games, or player rankings.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting odds differences across markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (also known as "arbing") in a manner designed to circumvent the Platform's commercial interests.
• Automated betting tools: Use of bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated software to place bets, access the Platform, or circumvent security measures.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, system glitches, pricing errors, or software bugs to obtain unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. Unsurtoto has AML obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an Account.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using falsified documents during the KYC process.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether personally or through nominees.

All content on the unsurtoto Website and Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, design elements, graphics, software, source code, databases, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of unsurtoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent from unsurtoto.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, unsurtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of the Platform.

Unsurtoto's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Unsurtoto collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of the gambling services you have requested.

• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Account found to be registered to or accessed by an individual under 21 years of age.
• Dormant accounts inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy fee policies communicated to the account holder.

Where an Account is closed due to User breach, any balance derived from prohibited conduct or bonus abuse shall be forfeited. Legitimate Real Money Balances not implicated in the relevant conduct will be returned to the User following satisfactory KYC verification.

Unsurtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided to active account holders via email or on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which unsurtoto holds its international operating licence.

The courts of that licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. By using this Platform, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for these purposes.
